Assistant Manager - Horticulture

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage horticulture and landscape activities at project sites.
• Execute and maintain softscape and landscape works as per approved drawings.
• Handle pre-liaisoning activities related to horticulture projects.
• Understand and coordinate NOC requirements (tree cutting, transplantation, plantation, environmental approvals).
• Liaise with local authorities for horticulture-related approvals.
• Coordinate with architects and landscape consultants to ensure alignment between design and execution.
• Supervise horticulture vendors and site manpower.
• Promote sustainable landscaping practices on-site.
