Role Overview
The KAM – Driver Sales will be a key member of the Enterprise team, responsible for driving sales in both existing and new accounts with annual revenue exceeding ₹100 crore. This is an individual contributor role requiring close collaboration with the Business Head, Enterprise Sales & Support teams, NOC, Product, Finance, and other functional groups to establish a strong Enterprise Business vertical in Telangana.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation through sales to large enterprises, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts while ensuring strong customer relationships.
- Identify and secure large corporate business deals through self-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address business needs and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Enterprise Business vertical.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and MIS data on time.
- Continuously strengthen customer relationships to drive business growth and retention.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Successful acquisition and management of large enterprise accounts.
- High levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Timely submission of sales reports and adherence to SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of acquiring and managing large accounts.
