Role Overview

The KAM – Driver Sales will be a key member of the Enterprise team, responsible for driving sales in both existing and new accounts with annual revenue exceeding ₹100 crore. This is an individual contributor role requiring close collaboration with the Business Head, Enterprise Sales & Support teams, NOC, Product, Finance, and other functional groups to establish a strong Enterprise Business vertical in Telangana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue generation through sales to large enterprises, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts while ensuring strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and secure large corporate business deals through self-driven initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address business needs and maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Enterprise Business vertical.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and MIS data on time.
  • Continuously strengthen customer relationships to drive business growth and retention.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Successful acquisition and management of large enterprise accounts.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Timely submission of sales reports and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of acquiring and managing large accounts.
