Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Cost (GCET), Delhi NCR

Role & responsibilities:

1. Should have excellent Cost knowledge base & negotiation skills of Electrical Components like Wire harness , Battery cables , LED Light, Sensor , Instrument Clustor , Switch , Wipers ,PCB and PCB Assembly .

2. Should have excellent Cost knowledge base & negotiation skills of Polymer product and Processes, Like Injection Moulding, PU Process, EPDM Material & Process , Thermoform Process/Material etc.

3. Excellent understanding of Electrical circuits and 2D Drawings of wire harness to generate detailed RM , process costs.

4. Should be able to generate/develop should cost model for proprietary Electrical parts like LED , PCB, PCB Assembly

5. Should cost MHR knowledge for different processes

6. Knowledge & market connect with suppliers base like Tyco , Molex , MTA , Little Fuse etc to arrange quotes , negotiations and applications on day to basis

7. Responsible for Part cost assessment at supplier end

8. Responsible for Cost negotiation with Internal / External customers

9. Competition study, benchmarking of the similar parts/machines etc.

10. Will work closely with internal customer to understand the project design / commercial variation

11. Knowledge on teardown & analysis of aforementioned components with price settlement experience

Preferred candidate profile

1. Familiar with primary manufacturing methods of Complex wire harness , batteryCables , PCB Assembly , LED Lamps etc.

2. Buying knowledge base is must

3. Strong analytical skills

4. Good problem solving skills

5. Computer skills Mandatory, proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint

6. Agile mind-set to work in very competitive environment

7. Fluent in written and spoken English language

8. Experience on Team Centre is preferred.
