Job description
- Provide leadership and focus to the team, will be responsible for productivity, quality and overall performance of the project.
- Guide team to complete daily load with in TAT
- Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SLAs.
- Work with Team Leader or Team coaches to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in the team.
- Learn and implement new client systems. Co-ordinate and organize training for new joiners as well as for existing members of the team based on the projects requirement
- Identify training gaps in the team and develop a plan with necessary department.
- Taking performance review of the team members at regular intervals.

- Minimum 8+ years experience in US healthcare
