Job Description
- This role takes care and provides support to customers of beauty & personal care brand
- Have a timely and fantastic interaction with customers through email, phone, messages, marketplaces, social media, etc. Resolving their issues, queries and providing assistance about the product, the website, offers, deliveries etc.
- Monitoring order status, highlighting and resolving any issues proactively. Coordination & follow-up with customers, prospects, internal and external teams to ensure smooth order processing and sales.
- Provide information about products and take orders and assist customers in placing orders.
- Updating CRM after every interaction does necessary escalations when you exceed call wrap time and keen interest in the beauty space, keeping oneself updated on all the Products from Anveya's owned brands.
