Assistant Manager- Content Regulation

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review & Compliance:
• Review all content from a compliance perspective, including TV shows, digital content, promos, movies, songs, web-series, and social media posts.
• Identify potential violations of internal policies, government regulations, defamation risks, copyright/trademark infringements, and other legal concerns.
• Ensure adherence to Indian content codes (e.g., BCCC, CBFC, ASCI, OTT content code).
• Coordination & Approvals:
• Collaborate daily with content, marketing, and operations teams to approve content promos.
• Provide proactive guidance on compliance requirements to content creators.
• Knowledge Development:
• Maintain thorough understanding of Indian content regulations and guidelines across television, OTT, movies, and commercials.
• Stay updated on national and international sports, live events, and current affairs to assess content contextually.
