Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering:
  • Act as a finance business partner to key business units or product teams.
  • Provide financial insights and support in commercial decision-making, pricing, and cost optimization.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, and provide commentary.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive financial accountability across departments.
  • Reporting & MIS:
  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in coordination with the accounting team.
  • Conduct profitability analysis by product, region, or business vertical.
  • Cost Control & Efficiency:
  • Monitor operational expenses and work with teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in implementing internal controls and best practices in financial governance.
  • Strategic Projects:
  • Contribute to financial modeling, business cases, and investment appraisals for new initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to automation, tools, and analytics.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:
  • CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or financial analysis roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Attention to detail with a strategic mindset
