- Ensures that all documentation from Zone Brewery Support is updated continuously
- Accountable for achieving the target for all Brewing KPIs
- Only Green and Yellow Status in all the Blocks in Safety Pillar
- Brewing VIC / HL Cost
- Environmental and safety rule and regulation follow up.
- Budweiser quality and Quality Index improvement
- Following up on the Daily, weekly Brewing and ensures the Quality norms according to the tech Manual
- 5s, Generate daily weekly monthly reports
