  • Deliver the Brewing volume on time with safety and quality

  • Manages the development of department resources through training and feedback.

  • Investigates complaints and provides proper follow-up (including root cause analysis)
  • Ensures that all documentation from Zone Brewery Support is updated continuously
  • Accountable for achieving the target for all Brewing KPIs
  • Only Green and Yellow Status in all the Blocks in Safety Pillar
  • Brewing VIC / HL Cost
  • Environmental and safety rule and regulation follow up.
  • Budweiser quality and Quality Index improvement
  • Following up on the Daily, weekly Brewing and ensures the Quality norms according to the tech Manual
  • 5s, Generate daily weekly monthly reports
