Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical systems and equipment and maintain accurate records
• Plan and execute maintenance for HT substations, LT systems, transformers, RMUs, ACBs (L&T), PCC, MCC, APFC panels, Megawin, and Siemens vacuum circuit breakers
• Maintain power factor to unity and optimize energy efficiency
• Prepare and update GMP-compliant documents related to electrical systems whenever required
• Coordinate with all departments to monitor inventory and availability of engineering and electrical items
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to prevent production downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities
• Utilize SAP for maintenance planning, tracking, and reporting
