Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Process insurance proposals and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct client/site/insurer visits and facilitate meetings.
• Provide reminders and follow-up on lead closure and renewals.
• Resolve escalations from subordinates and maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor and maintain TATs for closures and renewals.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS.
