Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, engage, and onboard partners across government, semi-government, PSU, corporate, and institutional sectors.
  • Pitch learning, assessment, and certification solutions to HR leaders and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete business development lifecycle including prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and closure.
  • Contribute to revenue planning, forecasting, and pricing strategy inputs.
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships to drive sustainable growth.

Academy Offerings & Go-To-Market Execution

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and refine Academy programs aligned with market and partner requirements.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives including campaigns, launches, and outreach strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators such as revenue, reach, learner impact, and partner satisfaction.
  • Assist in positioning and branding airpay Academy within the skilling and fintech ecosystem.

Program Implementation Support

  • Coordinate with L&D, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
  • Maintain quality standards and enhance learner experience across engagements.
  • Customize solutions and proposals based on client-specific requirements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with external partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Represent airpay Academy in client meetings, reviews, presentations, and ecosystem events.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure relationship continuity and business expansion opportunities.

Research & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity within the skilling and fintech learning space.
  • Generate actionable insights to strengthen pipeline development and solution positioning.
  • Identify emerging opportunities aligned with financial inclusion and digital capability building initiatives.
