Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Supervise all industrial sales activities and guide the sales team to ensure targets are met efficiently. Assist in resolving sales-related issues and recommend preventive measures to improve processes.
  • Motivation and Incentives: Provide guidance, coaching, and incentives to motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy and Opportunity Identification: Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales within assigned territories or industrial segments.
