Assistant Human Resource Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager HR Operations with 10+ years of experience, preferably with a background in schools or the education sector. The candidate must have handled generalist HR responsibilities and possess strong payroll knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursal
• Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable in Karnataka
• Address employee relations and HR policy queries
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain HR dashboards and reports
• Drive employee engagement and process improvements
