Job Description

  • Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Maintains accurate and up
  • to
  • date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions etc.
  • Process documentation and assist in preparing reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training , performance evaluations etc.)

Education Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • g ood interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact & professionalism.
  • good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Excel or related application.
  • the ability to quickly learn human resource information system , payroll management and similar computer applications.
