Job Description
- Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews.
- Maintains accurate and up
- to
- date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions etc.
- Process documentation and assist in preparing reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training , performance evaluations etc.)
Education Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- g ood interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact & professionalism.
- good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Excel or related application.
- the ability to quickly learn human resource information system , payroll management and similar computer applications.
