  • Need to handle around 2000+ employees.
  • Responsible for manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, training & development for new hires
  • Statutory compliance, Industrial Relations and conflict management
  • Well experience in Performance Management system, Employee welfare and engagement activities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and employee retention strategies.
  • Need to handle compliance, buyers audits, legal adherence.
  • Must have excellent communication, decision making and team management skills
