Assistant General Counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and licensing agreements, including:
• SaaS client and vendor agreements
• Licensing agreements
• NDAs
• Sponsorship and event contracts
• Lead your own caseload of complex agreements independently.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure company objectives are met.
• Provide legal mentorship to internal businesses worldwide on licensing, technology, and commercial matters.
• Stay current on regulations impacting Nasdaq products and provide guidance to internal teams.
• Represent Nasdaq's position in commercial matters without close supervision.
