Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the building finishing product portfolio in Delhi NCR.
- Identify and engage with key real estate developers, architects, consultants, and project contractors.
- Generate and convert high-value leads from residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Project Specification & Approvals:
- Ensure product specifications and approvals from consultants, architects, and PMC firms.
- Collaborate with the application engineering team to provide technical support during trials, mockups, and site demonstrations.
- Channel & Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with key developer accounts and influencers.
- Coordinate with channel partners, project applicators, and influencers to drive pull-through sales.
- Conduct regular reviews with distributors to ensure availability and movement of finishing products.
- Coordination & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams including Technical Services and central TM teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, project funnel data, and monthly business MIS reports.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of construction chemicals and building finishing solutions.
- Experience in dealing with developers, consultants, and site teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Project sales orientation with strong execution capability.
- Basic understanding of site application practices and standards.
