Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute 1Y/3Y category and brand strategies
  • Drive brand partnerships, marketing campaigns, and performance reviews
  • Monitor ecommerce funnel metrics and identify intervention points
  • Translate customer insights into actionables for CX enhancement
