Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and execute 1Y/3Y category and brand strategies
- Drive brand partnerships, marketing campaigns, and performance reviews
- Monitor ecommerce funnel metrics and identify intervention points
- Translate customer insights into actionables for CX enhancement
Key Deliverables:
- Category P&L, growth and CX improvement metrics
- Fashion trend reports and merchandising plans
- Brand-led promotional calendars and campaign executions
- Actionable summaries from VOC, NPS, and return data
