Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Planning:
- Assist the Brand Manager in developing and implementing the brand strategy to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the brand strategy aligns with company values, target audiences, and market trends.
- Support the creation of long-term and short-term brand plans, ensuring they reflect market needs and opportunities.
- Marketing Campaigns & Initiatives:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions, to build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of campaigns, gathering insights to improve future initiatives.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor strategies, and emerging trends.
- Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and market insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
- Prepare reports and presentations with key findings, trends, and recommendations for senior management.
- Product Development & Innovation:
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that new product launches align with the brand's positioning and market demands.
- Assist in the development of product packaging, ensuring it communicates the brand's message effectively and appeals to the target market.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and suggest adjustments to optimize market positioning.
- Brand Communication & Content:
- Work closely with the communications team to develop brand messaging, content, and creative assets that are consistent with the brand's identity.
- Ensure all marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, and promotional content, are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining and growing the brand's presence on digital platforms (social media, websites, etc.).
- Budget & Performance Tracking:
- Assist in managing the brand's marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum ROI.
- Track the performance of marketing activities and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with finance and other departments to ensure that the brand meets its financial targets.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, creative, product, and supply chain to ensure successful brand execution.
- Work closely with retail partners to support product placement, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Brand Guidelines & Consistency:
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including advertising, product packaging, and in-store experiences.
- Monitor and manage brand guidelines, ensuring they are followed in all communications and materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, market analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
