Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Support:
  • Assist in developing and implementing brand plans, campaigns, and positioning strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Marketing Campaign Management:
  • Coordinate and support the execution of ATL (TV, print, radio) and BTL (in-store, events, promotions) marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and assist in preparing performance reports.
  • Product & Packaging Development:
  • Support in product innovation projects, including packaging, pricing, and launches.
  • Liaise with R&D and supply chain teams for smooth rollout of new products.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work with sales teams to align brand initiatives with retail strategies.
  • Coordinate with creative and media agencies for timely development and delivery of assets.
  • Budget & Admin Support:
  • Assist in managing brand budgets and processing invoices.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and other brand documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (FMCG, retail, consumer goods preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
