Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Manager to oversee the complete operational and academic lifecycle of our branch. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with an IT educational background and a passion for maximizing productivity. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the institute, from managing student admissions and academic events to handling branch income and expenses. You will be responsible for creating a positive, disciplined, and results-oriented environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all batches are run smoothly on a daily basis.
  • Manage the end-to-end operational activities and day-to-day life cycle of the institute, including batch formation and coordination, faculty coordination, and classroom arrangement.
  • Maintain an inventory of all office supplies and manage technical maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with students and be responsible for the end-to-end academic life cycle of each student.
  • Collect feedbacks & reviews from students and work on maximizing referrals.
  • Manage the branch's income and expenses.
  • Maintain discipline by implementing and monitoring organizational policies.
  • Oversee the inquiry process and partially/fully manage the admission process.
  • Manage and coordinate academic events and activities.
  • Actively participate in and drive organizational initiatives.
  • Handle grievances by finding proper solutions for the benefit of the organization.
  • Be a problem solver and remain unbiased towards all team members.
  • Perform any other work allotted by the management as and when required.
