Asset Disposal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the entire asset disposal lifecycle—from conducting e-auctions to handing over property documents to successful bidders.
• Ensure all legal, operational, and documentation aspects related to asset disposal are accurately handled.
• Conduct asset disposals transparently, fairly, and in strict compliance with the SARFAESI Act and internal company policies.
• Identify and engage prospective buyers for repossessed properties; follow up with final bidders to ensure receipt of full sale proceeds.
• Apply innovative strategies to minimize the shelf life of repossessed properties and ensure quick disposal.
• Implement marketing efforts to promote repossessed assets through local property vendors, brokers, and individual buyers to facilitate timely sales.
• Coordinate closely with the litigation and field teams to seek local support and smooth execution of asset disposal activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in asset disposal, recovery, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of the SARFAESI Act, e-auctions, and property laws related to asset repossession and disposal.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with excellent coordination and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with vendors, buyers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and compliance.
