Job Description
Position Brief:
Responsible for executing, reviewing, and promoting sales distribution activities for Milk & Milk Products (MRF) within the assigned territory. Provide support to the entire sales team to achieve business targets while ensuring compliance with ISO guidelines.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and promote Modern Trade (MRF) business to achieve sales targets aligned with the business plan.
- Build and develop the MRF team to meet organizational objectives.
- Enhance brand identity and increase product visibility in the market.
- Conduct daily visits to existing MRF stores and explore new outlet chains.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, shelf space, stock availability, FIFO adherence, and hygiene at MRF stores and channels.
- Organize customer contact programs and effectively address complaints.
- Identify business gaps and design targeted sales promotional activities.
- Promote and support parlors and parlor sales within the operational area.
- Review and reconcile sales realizations and outstanding payments.
- Monitor and review distribution, channel marketing systems, and local buyer relationships.
- Ensure timely product supply with minimal leakage, damage, and transit losses.
- Develop market intelligence and expand the distribution network by onboarding new outlet chains.
- Optimize manpower utilization; develop and monitor sales teams.
- Track purchase orders (PO) daily and maintain regular MIS reporting.
- Identify unlisted products and actively follow up for product listing.
- Ensure effective coordination and compliance with statutory, ISO, and audit requirements.
