Area Service Manager
Job Description
• Lead and manage the field service organization within the assigned territory, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational performance.
• Oversee installations, implementations, preventive maintenance, and break/fix service activities for customer equipment.
• Manage, train, and mentor Field Service Engineers and supervisors while setting performance goals and supporting their professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while collaborating with the sales team to identify service and growth opportunities.
• Monitor service KPIs including customer satisfaction, first-time fix rate, compliance, safety standards, and revenue growth.
• Handle technical escalations and resolve complex customer issues related to product performance and service delivery.
• Drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives by implementing continuous improvement practices and service excellence programs.
