Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Field Service Engineers and Field Service Supervisors across the West 2 territory.
- Oversee all field service operations, including:
- Equipment installations and implementations
- Preventive maintenance
- Break/fix service support
- Post-sales service activities
- Visit customers regularly to maintain relationships and identify new service opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive business growth and service solutions.
- Drive operational metrics such as:
- Customer satisfaction
- First-time fix rate
- Revenue growth
- Safety and compliance
- Employee engagement
- Manage and resolve technical escalations and customer issues.
- Lead recruitment, training, and professional development of service team members.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using the Danaher Business System (DBS).
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that support the 'One Cytiva' strategy.
