Job description

  • Responsible for managing the team for (OEM + System House) segment for LV SGR portfolio for Pune Area.
  • Lead the team to achieve the set target
  • Develop and implement business strategy for improvement of extraction from the market from new OEMs & also effective use of new products for existing OEMs and new OEMs too.
  • Maintain CRM with key decision makers.
  • Close coordination with all relevant stake holders, internal as well as external.
  • Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to meet the expectations as well as bridge the gap. Business targets - OI growth, Share of Wallet, Revenue, Sales Margin, Customer development, overall business development

Who qualifies for the job:

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering (preferably B.E Electrical)
  • 15+ years of experience in handling Sales of Power Distribution products and Motor control products e.g., Contactors, Relays, MPCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, bus bar trucking etc. preferably minimum 2 years of handling a team
  • Good knowledge of Pune OEM Market
  • Very good entrepreneurship skills
