- Responsible for managing the team for (OEM + System House) segment for LV SGR portfolio for Pune Area.
- Lead the team to achieve the set target
- Develop and implement business strategy for improvement of extraction from the market from new OEMs & also effective use of new products for existing OEMs and new OEMs too.
- Maintain CRM with key decision makers.
- Close coordination with all relevant stake holders, internal as well as external.
- Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to meet the expectations as well as bridge the gap. Business targets - OI growth, Share of Wallet, Revenue, Sales Margin, Customer development, overall business development
Who qualifies for the job:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering (preferably B.E Electrical)
- 15+ years of experience in handling Sales of Power Distribution products and Motor control products e.g., Contactors, Relays, MPCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, bus bar trucking etc. preferably minimum 2 years of handling a team
- Good knowledge of Pune OEM Market
- Very good entrepreneurship skills
