Area Sales Manager-Solar Loan

Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new MSME customers for solar loans, business loans, and working capital financing
• Achieve assigned disbursement targets and contribute to overall branch/area business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, clients, and SME customers
• Conduct financial analysis and assess creditworthiness for loan approvals
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to drive performance and achieve targets
• Oversee branch or area operations related to solar and business loans
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
• Report on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities in the assigned area
