Job Description
Key Objective of the Job:
To drive Rural Individual Loan business sales and achieving business deliverables.
Major Deliverables:
- Ensuring onboarding of quality customers for rural individual loans product
- Managing team and ensuring appropriate client identification and sourcing of rural individual loan customers
- Ensuring adoption of digital solutions for sourcing and collection by Individual loan officers in the team
- Enabling business growth across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach
- To ensure achievement of disbursement targets and achieving desired productivity numbers
- Responsible for maintaining expected collection efficiency and ensuring minimum delinquency
- Build strong client relationships both internally and externally to facilitate target achievement through team
- Achieving highest First Time Right (FTR)
- Constantly engaging in learning and development programs to upskill the team that is being managed
- Adherence to product, process, and policies of the company.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
