Job Description

Key Objective of the Job:

To drive Rural Individual Loan business sales and achieving business deliverables.

Major Deliverables:

  • Ensuring onboarding of quality customers for rural individual loans product
  • Managing team and ensuring appropriate client identification and sourcing of rural individual loan customers
  • Ensuring adoption of digital solutions for sourcing and collection by Individual loan officers in the team
  • Enabling business growth across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach
  • To ensure achievement of disbursement targets and achieving desired productivity numbers
  • Responsible for maintaining expected collection efficiency and ensuring minimum delinquency
  • Build strong client relationships both internally and externally to facilitate target achievement through team
  • Achieving highest First Time Right (FTR)
  • Constantly engaging in learning and development programs to upskill the team that is being managed
  • Adherence to product, process, and policies of the company.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
