Job Description
- Ensure achievement of sales target by driving sales at the branch (Team Handling role)
- Build, manage and promote relationship with Channel Partner in order to generate new customer leads
- Manage and lead the DSTs at the branch
- Interface with the customer and provide efficient service
- Work towards building a credit worthy portfolio at the branch
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Must have prior experience of 3 - 5 years in Home Loans or Loan Against Property
- Must have good knowledge of the locale
- Good Communication Skills
- Should be able to understand the property valuation and legal and technical norms
- Experience required minimum 2 year in Secured Business Loan
