Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Sales Officers to augment the Business Correspondent (BC) network for financial institutions.
  2. Build strategic partnerships with Universal Banks, NBFCs, Payment Banks, and others for a range of financial products.
  3. Develop retail asset products like JLG Loans and MSME Loans, tailored to target customers and regions.
  4. Plan and design sales strategies, contests, and market expansion to improve business reach.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant financial services role, with 2+ years in leadership.
  2. Familiar with the BC model and direct lending businesses, especially in JLG loan management.
  3. Strong acumen in credit underwriting and legal/governance requirements.
  4. Experience in workforce planning, training, and managing regional operations.
