Job Description
- Drive sales and ensure achievement of business targets for the assigned Hyderabad area through channel-based sourcing.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners to generate a steady pipeline for Loan Against Property products.
- Implement area-level sales strategies to expand market reach, increase business volumes, and improve sourcing quality.
- Conduct regular channel partner reviews to track performance, address gaps, and support partner productivity enhancement.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth application processing, quick turnaround, and seamless disbursement.
- Monitor portfolio quality by ensuring high-standard customer selection, proper documentation, and adherence to credit norms.
- Track competition activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities to support area business growth plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines throughout the sourcing cycle.
- Guide and support sales executives within the area to improve productivity and maintain consistent lead generation.
