Job Description

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing distributor and retail sales within the assigned territory in Gujarat. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and strengthening market presence for FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage distributor and retail sales operations in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure consistent product availability across retail outlets and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in distributor and retail sales management.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote territory.
