Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage distributor sales operations across assigned territories to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Expand retail coverage by identifying new outlets, developing routes, and improving product availability.
  • Drive market expansion initiatives and implement sales strategies to increase brand presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
  • Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, claims, and credit management.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide regular insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure proper execution of promotions, schemes, visibility plans, and product launches.
  • Train and motivate distributor sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Prepare and share periodic sales reports, market feedback, and territory performance updates.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in FMCG field sales, distributor management, and retail operations.
  • Ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and drive sales initiatives.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and team-handling abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
