Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage distributor sales operations across assigned territories to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Expand retail coverage by identifying new outlets, developing routes, and improving product availability.
- Drive market expansion initiatives and implement sales strategies to increase brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, claims, and credit management.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide regular insights to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, schemes, visibility plans, and product launches.
- Train and motivate distributor sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity.
- Prepare and share periodic sales reports, market feedback, and territory performance updates.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in FMCG field sales, distributor management, and retail operations.
- Ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and drive sales initiatives.
- Good communication, negotiation, and team-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
