Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Set clear sales goals, track performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Client Acquisition:
- Acquire new clients in the emerging corporate segment by identifying prospects and converting them into long-term business relationships.
- Lead by example through direct involvement in key client acquisition activities.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and deliver customized financial solutions to support business growth.
Business Targets:
- Ensure achievement of targets related to Net Interest Income (NII), Fee Income, and Portfolio Size.
- Drive consistent business growth while maintaining asset quality.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Market Penetration:
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging sectors for business expansion.
- Develop strategies to strengthen the organization's footprint in target markets.
Cross-Selling:
- Drive cross-selling of additional banking and financial products within the existing client portfolio.
- Promote bundled financial solutions to maximize client engagement and profitability.
Credit Orientation:
- Evaluate creditworthiness, underwrite proposals, and structure deals to ensure asset quality.
- Maintain strong local market knowledge and networks to manage portfolio health.
Sales Strategy:
- Contribute to the design and execution of sales strategies and product enhancements.
- Provide insights based on client feedback and market analysis.
Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and reporting requirements.
- Promote a culture of governance and accountability within the sales team.
