Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage territory sales, lead a field sales team, and expand dealer networks. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in two-wheeler finance with proven team handling capabilities and deep market understanding.
⚠️ Mandatory Requirement:
- 100% experience in two-wheeler loan / finance industry (No cross-industry profiles)
- Minimum 5+ years overall experience in two-wheeler background
- At least 2+ years of team handling experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales operations for assigned territory
- Lead and handle a team of 10–15 sales executives
- Drive dealer onboarding and expand network
- Improve sales productivity and market penetration
- Ensure compliance in sourcing and portfolio building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and showroom partners
- Conduct regular showroom visits and engage with sales staff
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process flow
- Ensure team target achievement and monitor performance
- Escalate field and dealer concerns to leadership
- Track closures and improve team productivity
- Manage and clear PDD (Post Disbursement Documents)
- Coordinate with collections team for early delinquency control
- Drive team performance as per direction from Regional Manager
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Mandatory: 5+ years experience in two-wheeler finance industry
- Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience
- Strong experience in dealer/channel sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to manage field sales operations effectively
