Area Sales Manager
Job Description
• Drive sales of microsurgery product portfolio including Neuro, ENT, and Spine products within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and increased market share.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders including surgeons, hospitals, and institutional customers.
• Manage territory performance by monitoring sales volumes, product mix, pricing, and customer profitability.
• Execute marketing strategies aligned with product, price, promotion, and distribution plans to expand market presence.
• Gather competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market insights to support business development and new product launches.
• Conduct product demonstrations and manage field visits while ensuring compliance, integrity, and effective communication with clients.
