Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales of microsurgery product portfolio including Neuro, ENT, and Spine products.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain profitable sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Implement marketing strategies based on the 4Ps of Marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, Place).
- Identify growth opportunities and execute market expansion strategies.
- Support new product launches and ensure successful market penetration.
- Gather competitive intelligence and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to improve sales strategy.
- Develop and utilize sales tools and product demonstrations to support selling efforts.
- Monitor business performance including product mix, volumes, pricing, and profitability.
