Job Description
- Territory Development
- Define and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify and qualify potential accounts: dealers, design studios, hospitality clients, and retail chains
.
- Account Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts; cultivate new partnerships through regular outreach and in-person meetings .
- Deliver product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Execution Forecasting
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, pipeline activity, and deal flow; report performance metrics to leadership
- Product Market Expertise
- Stay updated on Sha Decors product range: styles, materials, pricing, and production lead times.
- Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing on regional promotions, trade shows, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery, inventory alignment, and product availability
