Job Description
- Formulate product-wise monthly sales and collection plans for the assigned area and motivate the team to achieve value growth within specified discount and credit norms.
- Ensure organizational objectives are achieved for the assigned geography, including pricing strategies and revenue targets.
- Manage delivery of High Potential Key Retailer Plans, Channel Expansion Plans, and Fortress Company Plans.
- Oversee billing to an adequate number of accounts per sales personnel and implement range selling strategies.
- Develop and ensure all accounts operate at optimum capacity.
- Maintain and nurture strategic relationships with key channel partners to increase stock uptake and gather market intelligence.
- Implement town/cluster-specific demand generation activities to enhance brand preference among influencers and consumers, and execute national/regional DG initiatives.
