Job Description

Snoozfit is a market leader in sleep apnea diagnostics and therapeutics, pioneering advanced non-contact technology to transform patient diagnosis and care. The company is committed to improving clinical outcomes through innovative medical solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote Snoozfit's non-contact sleep apnea diagnostic technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, sleep specialists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive market expansion and achieve regional sales targets across Pune and surrounding areas.
  • Lead, train, and mentor junior medical representatives to meet individual and team objectives.
  • Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance product visibility and adoption.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Support product launches and expand the adoption of innovative medical technologies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or allied healthcare fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of field sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong existing network of doctors in Cardiology, ENT, Pulmonology, or Neurology.
  • Experience in marketing and launching innovative medical products preferred.
  • Ability to influence healthcare professionals and drive product acceptance.
  • Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
