Job Description

  • Arrange and manage appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
  • Organize conferences and engagement programs for doctors and medical staff.
  • Drive revenue generation for the assigned region and achieve or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Present wellness products and services to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and activities.
  • Travel across assigned locations to expand market presence and business reach.
  • Promote new medical and wellness services within the healthcare community.
  • Develop the regional market and gradually build and manage a sales team.
  • Visit hospitals and doctors to establish tie-ups and partnerships.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies in alignment with leadership direction.
  • Build a strong network of doctors and care providers for product adoption.
  • Recruit, build, and mentor the field sales force.
  • Own and deliver regional targets across all business lines.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong network of doctors across Neurology, Psychiatry, Cardiology, and Pulmonology.
  • Experience in regional market development and team building.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and field-intensive role.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
