Job Description

  • Responsibility of achievement of targets assigned in the area.
  • Review of market performance of assigned area
  • Review of team daily reports, target vs actual review, distributor collections and outlet enhancement.
  • Intervening in low performing, low output areas and ensuring targets are met.
  • Review of schemes/discounts/offers given in market and growth in business.
  • Complete ownership of timely collection from distributor and ensuring claims are submitted on time.
  • Complete ownership of ensuring timely billing from CFA, inventory levels at distributor and ordering norms as per company policy.
  • Resolution on exceptions delay in orders, minimum inventory planning, sales forecast
  • Reviewing proposals on new outlets, new markets, new distributors for market expansion, better service to target consumer or market growth.
  • Responsible for productivity targets of manpower and cost management of team on field.
  • Daily Market visit understanding market status, competitor activity, scheme activation & designing, key retailer visit, key distributor visit.
  • Facilitating marketing activations in the market for consumer or channel partner
