Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Territory Development

  • Define and implement a regional sales strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and qualify potential accounts such as dealers, design studios, hospitality clients, and retail chains.

Account Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while building new partnerships through continuous outreach and in-person meetings.
  • Deliver product presentations, negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain communication to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Execution and Forecasting

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets across the region.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, pipeline activities, and deal flow, and provide performance reports to leadership.

Product and Market Expertise

  • Stay updated on the company's product range, including styles, materials, pricing, and production lead times.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing teams for regional promotions, trade shows, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries, aligned inventory, and product availability.
