Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure distribution and visibility of company products in the assigned territory.
  • Manage customer relationships effectively, handle distributor/customer grievances, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Appointment and management of Company Distributors (CD) and Super Stockists (SS).
  • Analyze and understand fund requirements from the market to achieve desired business targets.
  • Set targets and plan strategies CD/ID-wise.
  • Allocate stock and manage CD-wise billing processes.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide accurate reporting and feedback on competitors' activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive overall business growth and retain market share.
  • Plan and execute Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities in the assigned area.
  • Ensure implementation of consumer-related promotional activities.
