Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Distributor Management
- Ensure distribution and visibility of company products within the assigned territory.
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships; handle distributor and customer grievances effectively.
- Responsible for the appointment of Company Distributors (CD) and Super Stockists (SS).
- Assess and manage fund requirements from the market to achieve targeted business volumes.
- Ensure distributors have the necessary infrastructure to meet sales and distribution targets.
Driving Sales
- Set and monitor CD / ID-wise sales targets and planning.
- Manage stock allocation and billing per distributor (CD) requirements.
- Conduct market intelligence and provide structured feedback on competitor activities.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities for sales growth.
- Lead regular sales reviews and performance analysis.
Workforce Management
- Build the team through structured recruitment at ASE (Area Sales Executive) and SR (Sales Representative) levels, including induction and onboarding.
- Guide, motivate, and lead the sales team to meet targets and improve performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and align team efforts with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to all sales policies and SOPs across the area.
- Provide training and continuous development to the sales team.
Brand Building & Business Development
- Plan and execute BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities in the assigned area.
- Implement consumer promotions and ensure maximum engagement and reach.
- Identify business expansion opportunities to retain and grow market share.
