Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Distributor Management
- Manage distributor performance and handle distributor claims efficiently.
- Shortlist and recommend distributors for partnership.
- Address and resolve complaints promptly to maintain good distributor relationships.
Driving Sales
- Measure potential of the assigned territory.
- List all outlets using TSI and PSRs for accurate coverage.
- Classify outlets based on potential into categories A, B, and C.
- Develop route maps for optimum coverage and field efficiency.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets consistently.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at all points of sale.
- Implement promotional schemes to boost sales.
- Oversee merchandising activities to enhance brand presence.
Workforce Management
- Monitor productivity of Sales Representatives (SR) and District Sales Managers (DSM).
- Identify suitable candidates for Sales Representative roles.
- Conduct induction and training programs for SRs and DSMs to build a capable sales force.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Mandatory experience in FMCG sector.
- MBA qualification preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and MS Excel.
