Job Description:
- Territory Sales Management: Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory across General Trade and Modern Trade for Personal Care, Food & Snacks, Dairy, and Beverages categories.
- Client Development: Identify and develop key clients to drive business growth and ensure target accomplishment.
- Sales Planning and Forecasting: Prepare monthly sales plans and forecasts, considering product shelf life and market demand.
- Channel Management: Manage trade channels effectively to maximize sales and market penetration.
- Cost Management: Monitor and manage costs to ensure profitability.
- Business Forecasting: Conduct month-wise business forecasting, benchmark performance against the previous year, and align with the Annual Operating Plan.
- Competition Tracking: Monitor competitor activities and develop proactive strategies to counter new market entrants.
- Team Management: Allocate manpower across areas based on individual capabilities; mentor, motivate, and guide team members to achieve sales targets and maintain activity ratios.
