Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Territory Sales Management: Responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory for General Trade & Modern Trade across Personal Care, Food & Snacks, Dairy, and Beverages categories.
  • Client Development: Identify and develop key clients to drive business growth and accomplish sales targets.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Prepare monthly sales plans and forecasts, considering product shelf life and market demand.
  • Channel Management: Manage trade channels effectively to maximize sales and market penetration.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.
  • Business Forecasting: Conduct month-wise business forecasting and benchmark against the previous year's performance, aligning with the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Competition Tracking: Track competitors' activities and devise proactive strategies to counter new entrants.
  • Team Allocation and Management: Allocate manpower across areas based on individual capabilities, mentor, motivate, and guide team members to achieve sales targets and maintain activity ratios.
