Area Sales and BA Trainer

Sales & Product Promotion

• Present, promote, and sell beauty products to new and existing customers
• Achieve sales targets and monitor progress in assigned territory
• Analyze market potential and track sales performance reports

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships
• Address customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels

Training & Development

• Conduct on-the-job training for BAs at stores and monthly classroom sessions
• Provide product knowledge and skill training including makeup application and sales techniques
• Implement initiatives for BA motivation, retention, and engagement

Territory & Performance Management

• Manage sales territory including travel to multiple locations
• Monitor BA performance and provide actionable feedback
• Ensure adherence to CRM and reporting requirements
