Manage leads for new Bosch workshop partners based on workshop target profile
Execute value based sales pitch of the Bosch workshop offerings to explore the potential for Bosch workshop concepts
Execute signup of new shops to expand Bosch workshop concepts in line with target profiles and strategy.
Onboard recruited Bosch workshop partners to achieve full compliance with our standards
Enable assigned workshops to maximize their Bosch parts turnover and profit while obeying the related Bosch strategy of workshops concepts.
Ensure the implementation of Bosch activities, services and Q standards within the network
Implement, control and develop all concept activities with the assigned workshop partners
Support Bosch Car Service network through implementation of Workshop Management Software to achieve digital fluency
Qualifications
B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical/Automobile
3+ Years of Work Experience in Automobile Industry/automotive Aftermarket
Additional Information
- Advanced Knowledge of sales function
- Advanced knowledge of aftersales process and automotive workshop business
- Basic level skill set on mobile applications, workshop management software solutions
- Competent communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, problem solving organizational abilities
- Competent in MS office, SAP and other digital and IT tools, DMS and diagnostic tool
- Proficient in market insight and connect with market and other business development teams within and outside Bosch
